SupportWP helps companies keep WordPress and other business websites secure, fast, and online — without hiring a full in-house DevOps team. We combine proactive monitoring with human ticket support so issues are caught early and fixed with clear accountability.

Who we are

SupportWP is a product of DVG Studio. We serve clients across Portugal, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and the United States with maintenance plans, proactive monitoring, and ticket-based technical support. The product grew from years of keeping WordPress sites online for agencies and operators who needed a repeatable process—not one-off freelance fixes.

Today the platform covers monitoring, plan limits, client access, and agent-assisted WordPress operations, while our team handles the work that still needs experienced eyes: update failures, security incidents and performance regressions.

Markets we serve

Our platform and support team work in English, Portuguese, and Spanish — matching how our clients operate in Europe and the Americas. Local language matters when you need a clear explanation of why a plugin update was held back or how an SSL alert should be handled.

Billing and plans are designed for cross-border teams: businesses in Portugal and Brazil often need Portuguese support; UK and US teams expect English-first documentation; Spanish-speaking operators get the same product surface in their language.

How SupportWP works

You choose a plan based on how many websites you need to protect and how much hands-on support you want. After signup you connect your sites, enable monitoring, and open tickets when something needs a human. Optional WordPress Agent workflows help with inventory, updates and backups on eligible sites.

We do not replace your hosting provider. We sit on top of it: watching availability, certificates and performance, coordinating safe updates, and giving you a single place to track status across sites.
